Hot Pants
All over the Spring 2010 catwalk. Although s
ome styles may seem a little unrealistic in an everyday setting, there are alternative top and accessory ideas to make this look part of your Spring wardrobe.
TopShop has a couple of great hot pant styles. They are real fun to match with bold patterned tights, over-the-knee stockings, and the must have with hot pants: heels.
Tap Pants
My personal favorite, an easily movable pair of shorts called tap pants. If you're not interested in wearing heels or just want a loose alternative to hot pants, taps should be your first choice.

Never been a big fan of these..
Though I do think it depends on the woman. Some are better than others at pulling it off..Like anything else I suppose.
